The Ricci Law Firm is fantastic. They are professional, honest, and compassionate individuals who care about their clients. My mother was hit by a car and we contacted the firm for help. Mr. Schiro has been very patient explaining the process to my mother who has been completely overwhelmed. He's keeping us informed and is working with her best interests in mind. My experience with Ricci Law Firm has been very positive. I am working with Alexandra Kensinger, atty; and Alexis Dixon, Legal Assistant. Both have been very helpful in explaining the process and answering any questions. I feel that they have supported me and it helps to know that someone is on my side. The only suggestion I have is for someone to send out an email or call with a status report either weekly or monthly, as this process is long and drawn out. In addition, I have spoke with Lynn Vandiford who was also very helpful.

I wrote to them about an injury I sustained on a flight. I was contacted and given dates and times I could receive "a Free 15 minute Consultation". I chose today, Monday, October 13th, at 1:00 p.m. I waited for over 1 hour, with no phone call from this Law Office. I then sent a text to ask what happened to my "Appointment", and said " I understand that these situations can take more time than initially planned for". And asked that she "please get back to me to re-schedule" Then I did receive a phone call from this woman at this office, explaining to me 1. "They would not be taking my case." 2. I did not receive the "scheduled appt." (The one that Ricci Law Office offered to me last week), because this woman was "taking her lunch break", which I guessed from her dismissive tone, that I somehow should have known about, & realized that!!! Very impersonal and downright rude... Happy to have dodged this situation if this is how "Prospective Clients" are treated...
