I hired them for a disability case in April. I have had to go down to the SS office twice now to correct problems that they made on my application. Was told they have to take classes on how to do these but the paperwork and other information was not correct or done properly so my application would not move to step 2. So I went and sat with an appointment for hours at the SS office to fix the mistakes and get the paperwork moving properly to the next step. I sent three emails telling about the situation and asking for a phone call back. I finally heard from Breeyana Clayton. She was rude, offensive and completely condescending. When I called her out on her tone she then told me well this is just the way I talk. She cut me off and had nothing but smart excuses and answers. I asked could I speak to a person above her or to my lawyer? She said well I am your point of contact so the attorney will not talk to you. So I said well then I will contact the main number to Morgan and Morgan and see if someone will help me speak to a more customer friendly person. She then said they will just keep sending you back to me. So I said well it sounds like my only recourse is to just leave a review and hope someone will see it and care enough to help me if not then I don't believe this will be the firm for me. After hearing the story of why Morgan went into disability law I really thought this was the place that had compassion but I am starting to think I was wrong. October will be a year I have been out of work and since then have had multiple surgeries and just recently a full shoulder replacement and just really need help with this but isn't looking like Breeyana is planning on helping me or getting me in touch with anyone who can.

Phoenix was a great help by just me talking to him and letting him know what was going on. Phoenix documented what I was saying to him and going through the process, He made it so easy and I'm thankful for that. Thank you Phoenix....

I called because I've had a dispute with GEICO over getting my claim paid out after 70 days where I'm accruing interest on now. They denied the ability to handl my case and referred me to the State Bar to find an attorney that can, but wouldn't provide a reason why. For a firm that makes it sound like they can help settle a claim - this seems pretty straight forward and the whole process was pretty impersonal and I only spoke with a agent that was passing info back and forth. Great way to false advertise and provide communication to prospective clients.

They helped my disabled friend, who I had to help sure to this disability. Nathan was patient and courteous with us while walking us through the process of signing papers.

Caring atmosphere, Am A 8 Time Stroke Survivor, And Getting SSD Is Almost Mission Impossible, But I Have A Wonderful Feeling About Morgan & Morgan 8-)
