Mr. Cochran is very knowledgeable and he will stay in contact with you and answer your questions . He has had years of experience and it shows . I was grateful for the time he spent and his way of handling things that were needed urgently. He steps in quickly when it was needed. As well as his office staff were great and knowledgeable as well . If I had any questions they were there to explain.

I started with my search for an Attorney who specializes in Social Security. Ms Downs' photo popped up and I knew she would say yes to take my case. Her face showed of compassion and kindness. She joined H&C not long after and the transition was seamless. She and her team were very professional, empathetic to my needs and when they say, "we got you" they mean it! Her Assistant, Ms Moss, was always kind, on time with call backs and emails, knowledgeable and answered my questions with confidence.

I contacted this law firm on June 10, 2025. The person that I spoke to was not an attorney but someone who did intake related to a nursing home neglect situation. This is something that is listed on their website and so an area where I assume they practice. This situation dealt with a horrible case of neglect related to my grandmother and I was happy to pay whatever I needed to to help her. However, if this firm was unable to take the case, that would have been totally fine - the issue here was communication. I was told that I would be receiving a call back after we spoke. I even sent photos of the neglect in question as was requested of me. I never heard back. I called again. Never heard back. Again, if they were unable to take the case, or uninterested, they could have simply said so. I would never have held it against them. But simply blowing me off and never even getting back to me to tell me one way or another? Terrible customer service and total lack of respect towards someone who simply wanted answers about a situation regarding the grandmother who raised him. I hope others have better experiences, but as for me, this was terrible.

My disability claim was handled and approved the first time!!! Chemil is a God send, she's professional with empathy towards your situation. All files, paperwork were done in a timely manner, she was always available for questions. Even when I met with my attorney she was very helpful and friendly.
