I cannot thank this firm enough, I really can't. I was charged with two traffic violations and I was so scared because I'd never been in any trouble before. I had no idea what I'd gotten myself into or what to expect, especially as someone with very little money. Anna and Mr. Cotten handled my case with ease and efficiency. Anna was my primary point of contact. She was extremely transparent about the potential outcomes of my case and what I needed to do on my end to ensure that the best resolution could be reached. She was also very transparent about the legal costs- there are NO hidden fees with this firm. I paid around $160 up front for Mr. Cotten to represent me, which would have also covered any additional court dates if necessary. I was told that the only other costs I would have to pay would be any potential court fees and/or fines, but that Mr. Cotten would do everything he could to have those fees reduced if that were the case. A huge weight was lifted off my chest when I got the email today from Mr. Cotten stating that he'd gotten both charges completely dismissed. No courts fees, no fines, no points on my license or insurance. While I hope I never require their services in the future, if I ever find myself charged with any traffic violations again I will absolutely be reaching out to Cotten Law again. I am definitely going to be recommending their services to any of my friends and family members who may need it.
