This was by far the worst experience I've ever had I was injured on the job reached out to what I thought would be help just to feel as if they were working together against me my case was over and done before I had the chance to blink I only got through one of my surgeries and they were already telling me if I don't take the money and I wanted to go to court that I would have to find someone else to take my case then that was the fear of starting over so I felt like I had no other choice didn't even make it to my mediation date I was also told that if I decided I needed my other surgery to use medicaid I haven't even fully healed from my first surgery and I've never heard an attorney tell you to use Medicaid for future surgery didn't feel like she was working with me at all definitely working to win a case and close it fast I definitely didn't get what I think was owed to me I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone.

What a joke. I thought this law firm would have helped me with a current case I'm going through right now. I actually had a choking hazard from eating food from a big box store which I will name nameless. At this time. The product should have never been in there and I have a sore throat on my left side. Thank God that I was able to cough the item from my throat. I did go see a doctor and the doctor was amazed at what I coughed up. It was a product negligence from this big box store. I stopped at the office and they only had a paralegal there but no live attorneys. I talked to an attorney on the phone and he seemed like you was very assertive and caring. I received an email that next day claiming that due to North Carolina law they will not be pursuing my case! But they gave me a phone number to call saying that why they're not taking my case. This is a clear-cut point blank case that I am not at fault at and it's the big box store and manufacturer that is at fault. I wouldn't waste my time with this law firm. What a joke.

They all all have been great since the day I Called and are so helpful and supportive communication is very helpful and my appointment was very good thank you for your help I appreciate you guys

I'm pleasantly impressed with how fast they responded and the way I feel comfortable because they took the time to explain how the process works and listen to my needs.

Attorney Jarvis Harris was very nice on the phone and explained everything to me thoroughly. Mr. Ramos came to my house with all the paperwork for me to sign. So far I've been pleased.
