I was recommended to James Hogan to help settle an estate. He refused to do his job and basically had given up when he didn't get a response from a company. Didn't bother contacting me for a year, even though I contacted him multiple times. He's lazy, arrogant, and not worth you're time or money.

This was an issue from the start. The secretary works Monday through Friday but the paralegals, attorneys, and secretary's to the attorneys all work on Tuesday through Thursday with vacation time and an hour lunch. It literally took them over a month to get back with me. I tried to reach them on a Tuesday and Peggy and Susan was on vacation or not in the office. I tried to call on the 3rd week and Peggy & Susan forgot to even start the paperwork. I had to give them the same information that i had given 2 weeks earlier. What kind of criminal empire is going on with this law firm. So after a month, they called me back to tell me they are ready to send the forms over after my mom goes onto a ventilator and will be no longer conscious to answer or sign any documents over. These people not including the secretary that works Monday through Friday that answers the calls should absolutely quit this part time job. Because that is literally the kind of service they are putting out. Very frustrating. I would not be surprised that they are spending their time at the winery near their office. #PartTimeAtLaw.

Do not use for real estate deal. If I could give zero star I would. The attorney I used was Peggy Saunders. They never return calls. Had to constantly make contact with them to get anything done. Over a month after closing date before actually close on property. I was told by Saunders that I would get my deed in the mail in a week or so. Waited over a month and never got it. So I called and finally got a response. When I went to picked up the deed, I asked why it took so long. I was told that attorney got sick and her Secretary got sick as well as vacation time that was why my papers did not get sent. Seller also had same issue with this attorney. Only fast response was when they are about to get paid. Again I would not recommend this law firm. Find another one.

Got exactly what I sought. Good law firm. Friendly and had put a lot of patients and time into dealing with me as a man who just lost his wife to drugs and his cousin only trying to do what and only what was right for my 2 children. It is seldom a father gets custody and seldom a man even tries for normally they are the dead beat no good pieces however with this law firm they really done a great job at getting a loving caring passionate father exactly what he needed for the best interest of everyone involved. As passionate of a legal team as I am a passionate father and person whom gets taken advantage of but has legal behind him to not let it happen. Really stand up for those who do and believe what is right.

Susan Haire & her team processed my real estate deal in a short amount of time. Quickly returned emails. Even hand delivered documents. I recommend. Thanks!
