He was upfront with what the worst case scenario would be, what the best case scenario could be, and what the most likely outcome is. He was honest and direct, easy to communicate with, and reliable. He didn't try and raise my expectations, but he did surpass it. He got my ticket reduced, and I walked away with no points on my license or on my insurance. Do not let the automated mail you get write him off as spam mail. I almost did and I would have utterly regretted it if I did. Highly recommended.
