I am so grateful and beyond impressed with Charles's representation of me yesterday, even though had been a long drawn out process (not his fault) He was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. He fought very hard for me. I would recommend him to anyone and my family would use them in the future if we ever needed to considering sat in court over the past four months for a total of 20 or so hours he is the most competent most knowledgeable and most articulate attorney in Burke county and surrounding areas. I paid this thing to represent me on four charges that I had in advance and he said that I didn't have to appear because he would take care of it. Well I was living in Spruce Pine at the time and I was surrounded by a task force and ordered out with face to ground and all that. Very humiliating situation. That was for failure to appear. My bond in Burke County was $6000 dollars. I called him from jail and he would not answer his phone. Then I was dumb enough to retain this thing to represent me in my divorce settlement. I paid him $1500 in advance to represent me and after not hearing from him after x amount of time I made an appointment to discuss with him my case and he had no idea who I was or why I should be there. Incompetent, unable and uncaring or unwilling is how I describe my experience with this thing. Charles G Lawrence
