We have used Thomas & Webber for many years now and have always been very pleased with the professionalism and timeliness of their closings. I just have to give a HUGE shout out to Tana Gerrity who was the paralegal handling this most recent closing. This was an extremely difficult closing with 3 heirs all receiving a different percentage of the proceeds. Tana also had to draft a new road maintenance agreement and shared well agreement to satisfy the lender. If that were not enough there was an issue with the original Deed that needed to be corrected in order to get this to the closing table. I feel very strongly that without her knowledge and expertise we would have never been able to close. She is absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for all of your hard work Tana. You clearly went way above and beyond on this transaction and also many others.
