I received a spam email that appeared to come from this office, which I later learned may have been due to them being hacked. I called and emailed multiple times but never received any communication letting me know the email was spam. When I finally reached someone by phone, the receptionist claimed she had emailed me--which I never received--and said she didn't know what else to do. She essentially brushed it off, offering no apology or real effort to address the issue. The lack of communication and accountability was unprofessional and disappointing. Edit: Since writing this review, the office responded publicly here, but still has not responded to any of my personal emails or voicemails. I find it unacceptable that a public response was prioritized over direct communication with someone whose information was compromised as a result of their breach. Worse, this situation has now affected more than just my email. My personal information was used to gain access to my bank account, and fake accounts were created using my banking details. Implying that I was at fault for opening an email that came directly from their official address, without warning or clarification, is unfair and dismissive. I am extremely disappointed in how this was handled and in the lack of ownership or support for those impacted.
