Cliff Homesley, attorney and Tania Martchev, paralegal, did a wonderful job helping my family and me through the probate process for my father's estate. They handled all the court filings for the estate and pretty much held my hand through the whole effort. I couldn't have succeeded without them, and I am very appreciative.

Not happy with my experience with the associate attorney. I hired them to send a demand letter and pursue a contract dispute through small claims. First, I could've written the original demand letter better myself. There was no attention to the details of the case and it was poorly written. After some suggestions they made the corrections and sent the letter. The defendant did not respond so when I needed help pursuing through small claims (as we originally planned) I was told bigger cases came in and they don't have time for my case anymore. I feel like I was treated unfairly, and it was extremely unprofessional to leave me stranded halfway through. I don't plan on using them again.

Cliff Homesly is supposed to be a family lawyer of many years and his firm even prepared my parents will. I setup a consultation and wasn't explained the fee involved by any personnel. When I went to inquire of it the same day Stephanie Decker refused to call me back, refused to reply to my emails and when I tried to explain the unprofessional behavior of his staff via email he decided to refuse to work with me. I have evidence of all this and it's strange that someone that seemed friendly for many years towards my family could become so cold and callous. Now I know the reason why this lawyer has a low rating, go here to conduct business if you dare.
