Update ! Kim Gossage reached out to me and wanted to make things right. She refunded the entire $300 and asked what else she could do. I only wish I had started with her as I'm sure my experience would have been much different. She truly believes in customer care.
Garrity and Gossage was recommended to us for a restatement of our trust. We met with Jennefer and she said she would need to figure out whether to charge us a flat rate or hourly. We left her our trust documents and she said she would call us with a price in 2 weeks. The charge for the initial visit was $300. Six weeks later and after repeated attempts by email and phone to find out if they were interested in quoting us a price, we finally decided to pick up our trust documents seeing that no one responded. We were so disappointed. We later asked if they were going to refund any part of the $300 and they agreed to a $50 refund. Two weeks have passed and of course, we still haven't seen any refund. I cannot in good faith recommend Garrity and Gossage for trust needs.

Utilized the firm's service (Kim Gossage was our attorney) for an estate matter. She was pleasant and very informative. The entire firm cared about my situation and made the process as smooth as possible. Will be utilizing them further in other estate and will planning. Thank you Attorney Gossage.

Absolutely ignorant, rude employees and attorney. My grandparents used Gossage for several years for their wills and needed an update due to the firm's negligence to incorporate a Supplemental Needs Trust into the will. The firm created the SNT but failed to add it for use by the beneficiary. Thankfully, this error was caught by their financial planner and another attorney involved. My grandparents requested that our family be involved since they are 90 years old with hearing issues and inability to fully understanding the changes to be made. They requested ON THEIR OWN that we handle much of their estate planning and financial planning on their behalf from this point forward. This has not been a problem with their financial planner or other attorney who his handling some items for our family. Carey Nickels, the receptionist, was extremely unprofessional and rude on the phone. When Kim Gossage called my grandmother, she was equally as rude--a noted change from earlier conversations. We just found out from another attorney that Kim Gossage was completely incorrect (or chose to blatantly lie?) about it "being illegal to have family in the room when making changes to estate documents/wills." Look elsewhere for estate planning and don't buy into their deceptive, "kill you with kindness" initial demeanor. Such a shame an elder law attorney would handle their elderly clients in this manner. As with many attorneys, they are all about the initial money grab.
UPDATE: As we've learned from our new attorney, lawyers MUST honor their client's wishes in who they request to be involved in their decision making. There is no law prohibiting this. This confirmed what we suspected about Kim Gossage refusing to honor the request of my grandparents to have family involved.

Would not recommend this law firm. Very lazy and take FOREVER to call you back and we ended up doing most of the calling back to see if they were still working on our estate, because Kim Gossage took sooo long to contact us. She is very RUDE to her clients, we took bank statements to her ,after she requested for us to get them from the bank a b d then refused to sign for them so we could be sure they were there for safe keeping.the thethe bank , then when we took then to her ,pe
