Do not loose your time or money with this firm or Mrs.Davis she's a scam artist praying on the vulnerable and grief stricken constituents. My mother died Thanksgiving day 2023. I hired Mrs.Davis because she was local and I thought that would be better. She started off promising to make this an easy process and to take the weight off me. What she really did was have me pay her out of my mother's estate over $1000 and then turned "Ghost Mode". She would not reply to any emails and each time I called and spoke to her secretary the secretary would place me on hold while she went to speak to Mrs.Davis only to come back and say "Sorry she is really busy right now and will call you back". This was the game they played with me for close A YEAR AND A HALF. When I finally contacted the state bar association and called and let the secretary know I was reporting her to the bar Mrs.Davis finally got on the phone with me. Want to know what her response was? "Mr. Pate I'm sorry that I took you not calling or emailing me as a sign you didn't want to work with me."....... SERIOUSLY!!! God is watching her he sees what she's done to me and all her victims. Save yourself and your family more pain then what your already going through. Once Davis was removed from my case and I hired a new lawyer in Wilmington NC I was able to get things settled in a matter of weeks not years and would you believe that the new lawyer actually called me multiple times and emailed me all on their own and I was never once left in the dark, oh yeah and the new lawyer didn't STEAL from me!

This is the worst place to go for estate.. He will make sure your other siblings won't get nothing. He will make sure who ever files with him gets everything. Leaving you without don't sing no paper work better go see the courthouse for more information

I briefly spoke to Ms. Davis and she had the most snobest attitude that I have ever heard of. It didn't make no sense the way she talked to me and I was asking for her help. Get rid of her and your get more clients

We hired Jon Morton to help us resolve our father's estate and real estate. Jon took our $1500 retainer, said he would get to work then disappeared. We spent a year having to chase after him to get him to provide updates and him always promising he would start moving things forward but he never did. We expressed our frustration over the fact nothing was being done. Then out of the blue after keeping us waiting for a year, Jon informed us he would be stepping down as our attorney because he didn't have the time to work for us. When asked about the return of our retainer he stated that it had been used up. He literally did nothing for an entire year except repeatedly make promises he would soon start to move the work forward and intends to keep the retainer we paid.

VERY disappointed in our experience with Ms. Davis. She wasted valuable time and we almost lost our land purchase. The only good thing I can say is she at least gave us our money back. Found the LeShore Law Firm and she was excellent to work with.
