I had hired this law firm to do my divorce, as my now ex-husband tried to file for a divorce that was full of lies. I sent all needed documents to this law firm, with nothing ever done. I reached out and asked for my money back and wouldn't you know it, they never answered or returned my call. I was able to have my attorney in Oklahoma file and do the divorce here. But either way, I would like my money back because this law firm did absolutely nothing. They never filed anything or did anything for that matter except take my money.

I sat in court all day expecting him to speak to me. I even checked in before I went to court as they asked me too. He left without anyone calling my name. The DA felt bad and dropped the charge so I was pleased very please but dam. How you going to forget a client lol.

I sold property in Caldwell Co and Watagua County in Jan. 2021, closing previously done with Potter Law firm in Lenoir 12 years ago. I contacted Potter Law firm Jan. 5, 2021. I have since then been calling with no response or returned calls for weeks now. They are holding my paperwork hostage and my buyers want their titles. No answer to multiple phone calls for over two weeks. Just answering machine. Filed complaint with BBB. I recommend you choose another attorney. Wish I had.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Everytime you go there its a different excuse. Met him only once in over 2 years and his assistant has a different soppy excuse everytime, or turns on the water works. Very unprofessional and eager to get rid of you, nothing ever gets done even after admitting they have been unacceptably slack. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

My husband was in a car wreck three years ago! At that time we hired Potter's law firm to help us! My husband was hit by a car at a red light ! No fault to him! We have yet to get a settlement! Potter will not talk to us ! We have really been let down!
