I am deeply disappointed in the unprofessional conduct of this law firm. After providing detailed and sensitive information regarding my injury, I expected at minimum the courtesy of a response. After two emails, and two messages left with the receptionist, I was met with complete silence. No returned phone call, no email, no notification of any kind to inform me that they would not be taking my case. A simple, "We are unfortunately not taking your case at this time," would have been the respectful and professional thing to do. This lack of communication is not only discourteous, but reflects a serious lapse in professionalism and respect for potential clients. It is unacceptable for any legal practice to disregard individuals seeking help, especially after requesting and receiving personal medical and legal details. I would strongly caution others to consider this experience before engaging with this firm.
