Bill is the best! While living in NC my license got suspended for expired tags. With COVID I ended up missing my court date because I never received the new date after it being canceled during the pandemic. I ended up moving to Michigan and Bill took care of it all for me and got everything dismissed! I would recommend him to anyone.

I have personally used this attorney for traffic matters for myself, friends, and relatives. All had great results. I refer clients to him regularly and all have been pleased. I am an attorney and I have sat beside him in a 2 week long drug trafficking jury trial. He is an excellent attorney.

This man is a horrible attorney! I got charged in a felony case a few years ago. I contacted Mr. Spence and let him know that I had evidence to clear my name. He failed to respond was never at his office and I can't say I saw him even one time during entire ordeal. I sent him several emails explaining to him what my concerns where and he gave me all the times he would not be able to meet with me. I took it upon my self to contact the investigating police agency provided them and the DA's office with the evidence I had and the case was dropped immediately. Do not under any circumstances use this man as your attorney! I am afraid of what might have happened if I did not have a good head on my shoulders.
