Closing went well. They used secured messaging for communication which I liked. Called in to verify wiring instructions. This team accommodated the closing time for us. Explaining of the paperwork to be signed was ok and fast. So be prepared in reading the closing disclosure ahead of closing appointment.

First time closing with this attorneys office. Very friendly and informative staff members. The attorney himself set down with my clients and went over everything as they signed. I liked that personal touch. Most of the time nowadays, you sign with a paralegal or notary. Thank you.

Do not call this office. You will have a hard time reselling your property like I did because of how badly Alan wrote my deed!!! Sonia is nasty, rude, and sarcastic. If you have a question she will go on about how she has been an ASSISTANT (???) for 35 years and you don't know what you're talking about?? I always steer my clients away from this firm.
