I paid Buddy $1000 to represent me in a matter that required a lawyer. He did absolutely nothing to help my case! He is a poor excuse for a lawyer. I wouldn't hire him to get me out of a parking ticket much less something more serious. Pathetic!!!

They closed on our house for us. The paralegal made two mistakes on the closing paperwork and didn't let us know until closing that our check was going to be less. They waiting until after closing to say we need the new closing disclosure signed. Looking further into it, we dropped off all paperwork signed and the deed paperwork needed to be notarized. Notarizing without both signees present, defeats the purpose of notarizing. Shouldn't a paralegal be familiar with the law and notary policies. I have emails asking to drop the paperwork off so she can notarized later.
