Very disappointing experience. Little to no communication. After waiting for some type of update concerning my accident, I called the law office myself in regards to my case and was told, "I talked to your insurance adjuster and they are going to send an estimator to your home. Let me check on that and I will call you back." Neither of those things were true. I spoke with my insurance adjuster, and she said they haven't sent estimators to people's homes since before Covid. Also, I never received a call back. I was able to gain a little bit more understanding about my a case after doing research on my own (I realized that I did not have a viable case because the at-fault driver was uninsured and unlicensed); however, that was never communicated to me by this law office.

Brent and Toby were great to work with! I called the day of my accident and they took it from there. They were very professional and knowledgeable and made the whole process simple. I would definitely recommend Patterson Law.

They were awful never could get in touch with my lawyer then I finally got in touch with him he gave me a offer and I accepted. He said the check was otw.Waited another 2 weeks he never called so I called back and he said he wasn't able to settle my case basically lies to my face
