We are so incredibly grateful for the care, empathy, and professionalism shown to us by Jonathan Meek during an unexpected challenging time for our family. While we were in the hospital with our son, while attempting to close on our new home, he took the time to call us personally; not to discuss paperwork or deadlines, but simply to reassure us. He told us to take a breath, focus on our family, and allow him to carry the weight and stress of the closing process on our behalf. That kind of compassion is rare, and we will never forget it. Beyond his kindness, his knowledge of the closing process and how it intertwined with estate planning was invaluable. He explained everything thoroughly, answered every question with patience and clarity, and made sure we understood how each step of this process fit into the bigger picture for our family's future. Absolutely great firm. Very professional and made sure our first time home-buyers experience was great. I loved that they did a lot electronically. Jonathan was very great at making sure we felt comfortable with everything. Even though Jonathan ended up having the miss our actual closing we still felt great about it since he called ahead and really made sure we were good to go and Becky did a GREAT job walking us through the actual closing itself! We definitely would use them again and strongly recommend them!

My buyers closing using Meek Law Firm went smoothly. Becky was always quick to respond to questions or requests. Jonathan's level of dedication is unmatched. He was always available to my client to answer any questions. He helped us through a last minute request which was greatly appreciated. He was extremely patient and answered all their questions at closing. Thank you for another stress free closing!! I have used Meek Law Firm several times and would definitely use this law firm again.

Mr. Meek is friendly and easy to work with. I have used him in the past but this experience was not as good as the last. There was a lack of communication somewhere between the realtors and the law firm. I was told from my realtor and the buyers realtor that our original closing date would be 7/14, assuming this date was agreed upon between all needed parties involved in the closing. After the agreement was in place, I was then told they could close any date between 7/7-7/14. With that being said, I moved out sooner than had planned in order to close on 7/7. Now, we could not close on 7/7 due to the appraiser so no fault of the law firm. However, the law firm was now closed until 7/17 due to a planned vacation that the buyer & buyers agent were not aware of apparently since we were originally due to close on 7/14? Anyhow, no one was in the office to close this deal for an additional 10 days. 10 days I now had to pay for 2 homes. If I had known we would not be able to close this deal until 7/17, I would not have rushed out of my home. So I leave this review 3/5 stars because typically the process with meek law firm is simple but I felt like this situation should have and could have been handled better.

The overall process was mediocre. Our house clsoing got completed, but I never got the feeling we were the priority. During the time leading up to closing, I had to reach out to get next steps, documents, and closing time. During closing, I didn't feel like we were given the attorney's full attention. He did say they had another engagement that started late and ran into our closing, but that didn't make me feel any less rushed. He would come in read a disclaimer super quick and then rush back out. Luckily we had a good realtor who explained and answered our questions. I'm guessing this wasn't standard operating procedure, but it didn't leave a good impression on me.
