Wade & Kaplan, PLLC

I called for a consultation, front desk answers the phone . I'm explaining my situation she puts me hold and says to me she'll get a lawyer to speak with. I was on hold 2 minutes and I resume to speak to a "lawyer" ( which I thought ) about my situation. I'm not sure who I was speaking to. .She didn't even state her name when she got on the phone. She was so RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL on giving me the advice of moving forward. It seem like she was agitated about something and took it out on me. She basically told me I can't help you and hung up!!! Rude and unprofessional!!! I have never been treated this way from a law firm! I'm HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED because My personal injury attorney referred them to me right , boy was I WRONG ! I'm GLAD I didn't have to waste a penny on a firm who cares less. They need better professionals and customer service training. Zero stars if I could. Thank you for the heads up !! First impression is my last impression!!!!! I'll take my $$ elsewhere. RIDICULOUS.
