Horrible communication from this office. I was never updated on what was going on and had to call the office to request information. I received A notification from them requesting I send some items in. I sent them to the email address that was listed on the notification when they asked for the information again and I told them what email address I sent it to. They said that email is not monitored and asked me to send it to a different address. I am not sure why they are publishing an email they do not check. I was told 1 of 2 tickets would be dismissed but they were not so it was a waste of the $1000 paid to the attorney and the $600 in court costs.

Always chose this attorney, 14 years I have used her. The lady that answers her phone calls is very rude, un knowledgeable, and unhelpful. She acted like that law office had never dealt with an expired plate and acted as if she had zero clue what would possibly be an outcome.

If I could give Barbara Moreno 10 stars, i absolutely would. I had a challenging case quite a bit more serious than a simple speeding ticket. I was told by multiple attorneys that I was essentially wasting my time trying to fight it and that getting out of DUI is almost unheard of. Although this is true, Barbara didn't shy away from the challenge and she took a 3 year long journey with me battling this case. Today all her efforts paid off. She made me the "one in a million" and got my DUI completely dismissed. She works magic in a courtroom and she most definitely pulled one out of the hat for me. I admire her willingness to take cases that she wasn't genuinely 100% sure she could win but she was prepared to give it her complete all at trying. I never saw or recieved anything less than her full time, attention, focus, and drive throughout the entire 3yr long process. She stuck it out with me until the end and saw it thru without being persuaded or intimidated to back down and it paid off bigger than I ever could have imagined. She is now my absolute number 1 go to attorney for any legal situation that I need assistance with, I wouldn't even consider anybody else first. She saved my life quite literally and I'm grateful beyond words for her going to war for a dummy like me I would recommend her to anybody looking for a genuinely remarkable attorney. Got my ticket reduced to improper equipment per the plan for $50. Communicative and fulfilled the job. Someone always answers the phone when you call. Would recommend as a top traffic attorney choice in Guilford.

Had a speeding ticket, process was seemless for me. Went in told them what happened paid the 50 they took care of it. Reduced to improper equipment no points or insurance increase. Just keep in mind court charges probably around 250 dollars but that's easy to pay aswell. Overall pleasurable experience considering my circumstances.
