Kathleen and her staff are excellent! Professional and honest. If you're looking for someone to tell you what you want to hear and charge you for it, this is not the place. She is honest. She has plenty of experience, and is straight forward about what you can reasonably and legally expect. She is also very compassionate to your situation, while remaining professional. What I'm saying is, if you want to pay her to take you down a unreasonable path, I guess she would if you insisted... But, her strength is in getting you what is fair based on all the facts and the law. Perfect for my situation.
