Going through the process for separation/divorce late in life can be extremely scary. Everything has been settled, and I can truly say that God put me with the BEST. Wes, and his staff were superb. It was my first, and last rodeo for marriage, and Wes was so patient of going over everything, and discussing every avenue of what can/could happen. I didn't know what to expect, and learned so much. Wes, and his team are second to none. Wes' knowledge was fantastic, and he took the time to make sure nothing was missed, or left out. I would highly recommend Wes Starnes as an Attorney for Family Law.

I have never in my life seen someone so out to get money that they would build a mountain out of an ant hill to scare you in to paying out more money than you would ever have to. He started off the conversation with you can't do this without first doing (paying for this), which was a lie. He didn't even try to get a feel for both parties feelings on the matter of an absolute divorce, and automatically assumed both parties were at war. The simple, both party agreeable, absolute divorce, was suddenly a mess out of nowhere. He repeated it was a mess multiple times.

This man is a beast in the court. I was referred by other lawyers that he specializes in family practice. Had a few meetings(paid everything up front and in full) provided every piece of information I could for custody and immediate divorce hoping for the best for my children. He went above and beyond and the ladies in the office were always super helpful. In the end I was awarded full custody with strict visitation to be decided by me. I was in court 2 times and total and maybe 3 months of work tops. I will forever refer wesley starnes for ANYTHING custody or divorce related. I owe these people my eternal gratitude for everything they've done.

Like a much-needed kick in the butt we all need from time to time, Wesley Starnes is the rugged boot you need to get started on your journey. I come from a military background, so for someone to be honest and to the point is something that I find to be a rare commodity these days and greatly appreciated. Wes isn't here to sugarcoat the situation or tiptoe around the matter to make you feel better, but he will get you where you need to go as long as you follow his lead. If truth-bullets were a valid form of currency, this man would be running the world, so if he suggests that you do something, take it as the gospel. The other two lovely ladies in his office who are a part of his crime fighting team are no less diligent at kicking the opposition in the face,lawfully, of course. Long as you are open and forth coming about information and documentation that is needed to help move the case forward, these ladies will execute action as swiftly as a flock of seagulls at the beach on an unsuspected bystanders whose made the mistake of leaving their feast unprotected. In summary, Wesley's team is a lot like Batman, they may not be the superhero you want but the one you deserve!

Absolutely the most incompetent, (so called), Attorney in our area. They refuse to return calls or do any foot work despite accepting their retainer fee. Something that should have taken a month, at most, and one court hearing turned into three years of torture. He is a failure as an attorney. Please beware!!!
