Mr. Stiltner assisted me with the preparation of a formal separation agreement when I was living in NC. During the one year waiting period that is required by North Carolina I made the decision to move to Florida. Upon contacting Mr. Stiltner to complete the final divorce filing, I realized that he would not be able to complete the process based on my moving out of NC. Upon this realization, Gary promptly returned the fee I had submitted for the final divorce filing and actually worked to find the easiest and least expensive way for me to complete the divorce process. After consideration, finalizing the process in FL seemed like the best option, so he took it upon himself to contact a law firm in my area and explained my situation to them in order to avoid a redundant and drawn out process in Florida. He did this without compensation simply to help me out with a challenging situation.
