Bill Morgan and his assistant represented me in my car accident case. My car was hit and the at fault party's insurance acknowledged fault but denied me any actual repair damages. Don't trust them, they don't do their homework. If you are hiring them, they make you look like a fool in court. We built a custom home >1 year ago and our contract was fully fulfilled. We had a custom builder who subbed out our cabinet work to one of Morgan's apparent clients in Hickory, NC. Morgan sent us a Lien notice on our property over a year later saying that the cabinet company wasn't paid. They have no warrant for a suit: 1. We weren't in contract with their client, the cabinet company our GC/Builder was so any suit should be against them 2. it took me 2 minutes to get proof of payment, copies of invoices and check numbers/ clear dates from the builder.... any reputable law firm should have checked the claims of their clients by doing that first 3. They never even reached out to our builder 4. They don't answer the phone. Don't look like a fool, don't hire them

It feels like he's going to work for you, but then nothing. No follow up. No return e-mails. No return phone calls. When an attorney becomes absent in communication, it makes me wonder if he will also be absent in the courtroom. I cannot afford to show up in court anxious as to whether or not my lawyer will be there. So I let him go and sought counsel elsewhere.

He helped me through a very difficult time in my life and standard beside me and finally got the matter resolved I would not recommend anybody else.
