My experience with with Amos and Kapral was absolutely wonderful. Stephen and his wife Gae were the best I have encountered. They were up front honest and straight forward from the start. Explaining to me what my options were in detail. Answering every question in a manner that myself, as a client and my family members as well, could understand. They handled my case with up most respect and dedication and the outcome was shear professionalism at it's best. I recommend Amos and Kapral to anyone whom is looking to hire an attorney. We worked with Attorney Hexemer at the Law Offices of Amos, Kapral, and Hexemer, and she was absolutely awesome! From start to finish, everything was handled promptly, professionally, and straight to the point -- no fluff, no delays, just results. The only "problem"? They wouldn't let me use my special pen because all signatures had to be in blue ink -- but I'll let that one slide! Overall, it was a smooth, efficient, and stress-free closing experience. As closing day approached this office was in touch with us, every step of the way. First they walked us the money wire, ( never did that before) and at the closing explain each and every piece of paper. I might add , we felt every much at ease. Highly recommend.

I've had two consecutive poor experiences as it pertains to real estate closings. During the first experience, the firm refused to send the proceeds from a closing via wire because I did not personally appear at the closing and indicated it was too risky to send a wire (despite the fact the buyer knows my entire family and the law firm personally - and personally vouched for us). Instead, they sent a $300k check in the mail - talk about risk!! When I went to deposit this, the Branch Manager at Wells Fargo looked at me like I was an alien and could not fathom why such was done by the law firm. It took several days for the check to arrive from the law firm and then the check was held for a week by Wells Fargo (because of the risk). The delay resulted in an adverse financial impact. During the second experience, they emailed 18 pages of documentation for me to print on my own, schedule a notary on my own, and sign - all the same week of the closing. In addition - there were NO instructions given as to where to sign (no highlights or anything) and what each form meant - just "please sign." I've closed on a lot of properties and this firm is unlike any with whom we've dealt.
