Ms. Massagee was extremely rude to me when I came into her office to share what I thought was important feedback on a recent real estate transaction. I was very kind, and yet met with her defensiveness and an air that she just could care less about my concerns. I would never recommend her services. She may have a law degree, but she certainly has not figured out that retaining Good clients means simply being nice.

Heidi handled our files and was great to work with. The attorney who completed the documents for the file came in at the beginning to introduce herself and was very sweet. I appreciated that gesture. The office is close knit and efficient. Thanks for a smooth closing!

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!! Horrible, rude, condescending, ill-mannered, arrogant, snooty, and patronizing. I have absolutley nothing good to say about these people.
My husband and I were in the process of purchasing a property (foreclosure) from Sharon B. Alexander. We came to an agreement on price. We were emailed and told to come into the office and sign the contract. We told her we would have to schedule a time to come in as we were unavailable that day. She emailed back saying "ok, come in whenever it best suits you, the contract will be at the front desk for you to sign". We went in the next day to sign and Sharon informed us that because we didn't come in and sign the day prior, that she contacted another interested party and they gave a higher bid. SHE SOLD THE PROPERTY TO SOMEONE ELSE WITHOUT CONTACTING US!! LITERALLY SOLD IT RIGHT OUT FROM UNDER US!!! After, through email, we had already came to an agreement. When we tried discussing it with her she was rude, dismissive, and acted as though we were in the wrong for not signing the day prior, even though she told us to come in when it best suited us. She was completely unprofessional, rude and told us she was done talking to us, walked away down a hallway, into a room and never came back. NOW, in order to purchase said property, we have to go to the courthouse and it's going to cost us an extra $7000 to upset the bid that the other person gave her! Unbelievable!
Do not use this firm. You will be highly dissatisfied.

I have used this firm at least three times for real estate transactions- both buying and selling residential property- and I have had excellent experiences working with Lucy Massagee and her assistant Heidi all three times. I was originally referred to them by my realtor and I'm really glad to have found such a competent, attentive and very conveniently located attorney in Hendersonville. During one of my purchase transactions they actually found an issue with the title which ended up holding up the transfer of ownership and I was totally fine with that because the mistake could have cost me a lot of headache when trying to resell the property again in the future and I had never had an issue like that before so was really grateful that they found it and insisted that the sellers resolve the problem on their end before we signed all of the paperwork! I can't personally speak for the other attorneys in the office but a friend of mine used someone there to get him through his divorce and custody hearings and he wouldn't stop raving about his representation so obviously they have been helpful to people in multiple aspects of the law. I found both Lucy and Heidi to be excellent communicators and more than happy to answer as many questions as I could come up with!
