Very disappointed. Firm charges extraordinarily high closing fees. They purport to represent you, yet they don't return calls or answer questions. Instead, they shuffle you off to non-lawyer assistants who are condescending and rude. Save yourself the hassle. Find someone else.

We hired them for attorney and title work. They didn't disclose a FEMA non encrotchment of 40% of the property. If we knew this we would have never bought the property. That's called fraud

I will start by saying that this law firm did complete the closing on my new property but without addressing any of my concerns or questions prior to doing it without my consent. I met in person with the first attorney, Emily who took down a list of my questions but never returned my phone calls nor answered any of the questions I requested answers to. Instead She stopped returning my phone calls stating that the owner Jack, the other attorney and owner would address them and contact me. This never happened. I reached out to the law firm before they closed on my property and several times afterwards to speak to either attorney but never received a return phone call or any correspond. This law firm definitely has a problem with communication and customer service. For that reason I would not recommend them nor return to them for the future Real estate transactions that I have currently. Very disappointing performance all the way around.

Lance Law Firm did a great job for us when we bought our home in Hayesville a few years ago. Recently we needed clarification on a few legal interpretations and Jack Lance was a huge help. He delivered legal and common sense in a professional manner and with honest feedback. Highly recommend!

The Lance Law Firm represented me in the purchase of a rental property. The firm incorrectly calculated the rent proration with the error in the seller's favor. Attorney Jack Lance did not answer my emails or return my phone calls.
