I give my experience a two only bc the messenger I spoke with was courteous. I contacted them bc I'm dealing with a workers comp case for the first time. The adjuster's been dragging their feet; I haven't received any monetary compensation or necessary medical treatment so I called the Greensboro location since they advised WC services. The attorney would not even extend a 5 min conversation bc my case wasn't high profile enough. They would not honor their free initial consultation bc they didn't see $$. I'm not an idiot I understand it's about money but it should be about people first. If I do find out my situation is more serious than it looks I will be contacting an attorney who can at least take 5 minutes. Very bad first impression.

Is the office staff was very friendly. They are information was accurate they were on time with every phone call they helped us through the whole process. I would highly recommend this office to anybody that's going through a disability case or any other case they truly care about what they're doing and treat everybody as if you were their only client

Very helpful. They always stay on top of your case. If you call they always return your call before the day is over. Very good overall experience. They definitely stay on top of your case and keep you posted. I would definitely recommend them if you need help for disability

They denied representing me, but I believe their decision was prematurely made because I was actually offered a settlement by the insurance company a day or two later without a lawyer to represent me. I went to another lawyer in Greensboro, they decided to rep me and once I lawyered up I was offered a bigger settlement AND prolonged chiropractic treatment. However, the woman who I spoke with from Mike's office was very nice. I just did not push them representing me because I knew I had other options and like I said I was offered a settlement about a day later without an attorney. I just needed someone to get me prolonged treatment and I thought Mike's Attorneys could help, but did not.
