My wife has been waiting for her check for over a month when she calls they are not in the office she gave them a copy of her license with her address and they still sent the check to the wrong address it was returned to the office and nobody is competent enough to call and notify about her check she has waited for another 2 week span and her check still hasn't arrived and the lawyers are still not in the office and won't respond to calls or voicemails Buyer beware

The process and representation I've had from Ms.Johnson , Ms.Kya Johnson. Has not only Been a waste of my family's time but also a waste of my family's money. I sought out legal assistance initially for the estate of my father, and for workers comp because he passed away due to a work accident. First the letter to creditors was just now handled ... by me this letter to creditors was to make sure that my dad didn't have any payments due to anyone before the sell of the house , Kya was paid to handle this she said she was going to get her sister Ryen to handle it ..., was never done even after multiple confirmations to do so , Kya had withdrew legal counsel because we had came forth about the unprofessionalism, we all decided it was best. Months later ryen asked about the notice to creditors didn't say anything about withdrawing counsel like her sister , then when I contacted her again about the invoice because it was necessary for the sale of the house she stated that she was withdrawing counsel as well, and it just didn't make sense for her to reach out at all about the notice and about submitting the notice if she wasn't going to do her job, she had plenty time before we all agreed that Kya's legal aid was no longer useful or needed. But this instance of timeliness wasn't the only time that they failed . Kya did not do her job as an attorney and explain certain things to her clients ,,,, who yes paid her ,,, first of all me and my sibling all were under the age of 21 when my dad passed except my brother , who is incarcerated,,, my mom manipulated us into putting her name on the deed but we certainly would not have if Kya would have told us that not only were we signing documents to put my moms name on the deed but this lady got us to sign a document giving away some of our shares to our brother who is incarcerated, I don't know why , I believe it's because she didn't know what she was doing , it didn't seem like she knew what she was doing when she took the case , it took us 6 months to finally get the workers comp, and then for my fathers estate she halfway followed through on what she was paid for, for his estate , I still had to come out of pocket for things I paid the attorneys , to do , because they take months to do it. I just wish I would have found someone professional and who knew what they were doing. Nobody else should have to suffer or go without because someone who's getting paid to do their job doesn't know what to do or how to do it. God Bless.
