Excellent Service from Start to Finish I recently purchased a piece of land and worked with Iddings and Thacker Settlement Agency to handle the transaction. From the very beginning, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, answered all of my questions quickly, and made sure everything went smoothly right through to closing. It's clear they take pride in their work and truly care about their clients. My clients' buyer agent chose Iddings and Thacker, so my sellers decided to use them to close as well. Knowing that my clients needed to close on another property the same day, they failed to record the transaction until after 3:00, even though they had all of the information they needed by 1:00. And they didn't release the funds until after 5:00. I found this to be unacceptable, and I will not choose to use this firm again. I called them nearly 20 times that day, and they did not respond to a phone call or email until 4:58 pm. I am very disappointed. My clients ended up with a Uhaul truck on a Friday afternoon and no place to go. Very unprofessional!
