I called with questions about a potential legal action. Mr. Hayes not only answered my questions, he was very honest with me about this being a matter that would likely not require his services. I am a physician myself and was involved in a life threatening accident being the back seat passenger. I was hospitalized for 40+ days and had to do intense rehab afterwards. Absolutely great staff and very kind,,,, my customer broke down in there parking lot and I fixed the vehicle right there with no problem,,, they were not rude,,, and allowed us to work on it there even after hours,,,,
