I would NOT recommend Connie Jacobs. Connie failed to provide a pre-nuptial agreement to satisfy our request for the upcoming sell of pre-martial property. The sole intent and purpose of the agreement and this was made VERY CLEAR to her, yet when the time came to sell the property we learned the pre-nuptial was NOT recorded. When asked to make it right, after multiple emails to Connie and two phone conversations of asking her to do a memorandum to make it right, she disclosed there would be a $26 recording fee & finally completed the correction so we could close as we intended. I asked if there would be anything more, and no additional fees were disclosed, just the $26. I received a copy of the memorandum but NO INVOICE. ONE MONTH later, she sent an invoice for $343 and has HIDDEN behind an email since the emailing the invoice. She will not get on the phone to discuss the bill and her failure to disclose additional fees to correct HER mistake. Very Unprofessional and legal documents NOT prepared correctly. A true disappointment at the lack of professionalism. Very sad.
