THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND. THEY WILL NOT AMSWER YOUR CALLS EITHER! . ITS BEEN 7 MONTHS AND THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE 90 DAYS. CORRUPT. DO NOT RECOMMEND. MANY OTHER PEOPLE HAVE HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE.

A bunch of liars. Don't trust them with your money. I read a couple of bad comments and I saying it's true. I went there for service and two business days after I requested a refund. The told me it will take a couple of days It's been more than four months now and every time I call they give me a different speech and keep saying to wait. I believe they are trying to steal that money. Don't go over there!

I am not a client and unfortunately after my mother's experience with this office, I don't wish to be. She had been working with this office almost a year now. She was on a payment plan and according to a paper she signed she would not get her money back, which I found quite odd. She kept asking me to resend paperwork via email, her knowledge with technology is very limited, documents she had already asked me to send some time ago and that she herself took in person to this office so copies could be made. When I asked her why was she resending this information, she would tell me that the intake person had changed and she had a new one, this happened more than once, I found this very odd. You would think they have a file or back up in case an employee leaves and someone else needs to take over cases. Last thing I heard from my mother is that someone called and stated they could no longer work on her humanitarian visa because of the new executive orders, which is understood. When I asked my mother since they can no longer work on your case will you be getting at least a a refund or partial refund? My mother that she would call to ask, she is under the impression she cannot get a refund. She has yet to get a hold of someone over the phone and she cannot afford to take time off to visit the office in person. Based on my moms experience I would not recommend this office to my friends, family or anyone.
