I was very disappointed. I spoke with an attorney there a couple of days ago and explained my whole situation. She said to call back as soon as the denial letter comes and she said she would like to try and help me with my appeal. So I call back today and never got to talk to the attorney. Whoever it was that answered the phone today and spoke with me was very unpleasant and if im being honest was just rude. The tone in her voice was like I was bothering her for calling. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review, however I was incredibly disappointed with what happened. I called another law firm right after who gave me great advice and IS going to help me. So with that being said- anyone looking for a lawyer to help with an SSI appeal- if you get whoever I talked to today and they tell you they can't help you- I would definitely get a second opinion.
