Attorney Joel G. Bowden

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAW OFFICE! Mr. Bowden does not like to answer the phone, or keep you updated. When you call to talk to the paralegal they don't really know what is going on, and when you talk to him about it he says "they don't know what they are talking about", or will say "there dumb". He treats his employees bad, and call them dumb, but when ask him in person he says "they go to school for their job" "they know what they are doing". Be careful with him he will lead you on, but tell you four years later you don't have a case.

I feel like I've been scammed. This law firm does nothing for you. They can't even keep you updated on your case or return a phone call. If you do get in contact with someone by phone and ask you want to speak the Attorney Bowden they will tell you attorney Bowden is on a conference call and he will call you back once he finishes which is false. How ironic that Attorney Bowden is always on a conference call when trying to get in contact him to see where your case stands. Very poor customer service. I recommend a more reputable Attorney. He's not the one if you are wanting to win your case.

Words can't even describe the disgust I feel at this very moment with Joel Bowden. I spoke with him on the phone a month ago for the first time said he would call me back and email me documents for authorization to sign and also mail documents to US Postal Service about two weeks later after I didn't receive anything I contacted him. He said the office didn't have any power for about a week but he would get everything sent out to me. I waited another week, I called three times of course he was never in the office always in court or just stepped out. at that point, I decided to retain other counsel this LAW FIRM I chose did everything right they got the documents to me within three hours I docu-signed everything. A week later, my new LAW FIRM called me, saying they filed to be my legal counsel with the Industrial Commission and they were told that I already had counsel. I cannot believe this man had the and the audacity to take something to the Industrial Commission of North Carolina saying he was my legal counsel, I had no knowledge of this, I called the office to have them immediately withdraw since this is the protocol. Of course the girl who answered said she was new. She didn't know anything. She didn't know when anybody would be back in the office because everybody's in court. I called back 30 minutes later the same exact person answered the phone , but she said she was someone else and she would get the withdrawal done and let him know I did not want him to represent me anymore which is incorrect. I never knew her was representing me. we never finalized or legalized anything. I really wish I had read the reviews prior to dialing his phone number now my Current counsel is at a standstill until this withdrawal is complete. this makes me wonder how many other people he has done this to. He got my information from the first phone call which I guess is the standard intake procedure and he went full force without discussing anything at all with me oh trust and believe I will be following up on this. You have not heard the last of me, Mr. Bowden. ***BEWARE IF YOU ARE READING THIS, DON'T CALL THIS FIRM***

The worst law firm ever. They scam you out of your money, the doge your calls and don't return calls. I settled 5 months ago and stills yet to receive the money. They don't call to update you on your case. I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone

After having two accidents back to back. I feel very much taken care of . Friendly staff, who work with urgency. I appreciate Attorney Bowden for all the help and assistance you and your team have provided. Thank you! God bless! :)
