McEntire & Dilello Law Office

Whoever works at the front desk picking up the phone is terrible. I don't know how many times I've called and I never get a call back. Been trying for like a month now

I previously wrote a review for this law practice based on how I "percieved" my brother who is(deaf n mute)case(s) was handled and I was not happy with the results nor with the lack of followup communication I had requested,however attorney Dilello finally contacted me regarding my brothers cases and why it was handled with those consequences and advised me on how his client who is my brother should move forward,for that I feel more secure and can relay the proper information to my brother so that he fully understands how his cases were handled and I now understand as a family member how I can ensure how my family n I can help him going forward..after speaking to Mr.Dilello myself I may have jumped the gun prematurely however he is bound to practice within the law guidelines which I cannot dictate without being his power of attorney or without a statement from my brother...therefore I sincerely appreciate the followup correspondence needed for my brother to move forward as a productive citizen...thanks again attorney Dilello
