5 stars for Attorney Kastrati and his office assistant/legal aid that helped me resolve a speeding ticket I received while visiting North Carolina, driving to Durham, stopped in Alamance County. I was unable to appear in court in person and they handled my case with a day's notice. The legal aid I spoke to was incredibly helpful, explained how the NC system worked to me, who was very confused with why I couldn't just pay it and be done. One of the more affordable legal offices I called, incredibly professional, understanding, and once again, resolved my case within 24 hours so shout out to them. Would highly recommend for any out-of state-driver especially that happens to run into a speeding problem with the strict counties of NC and has trouble navigating/understanding the NC system.

This team is like no other!! I was in a serious bind (well to me it was serious) with a speeding ticket I received 4th of July weekend traveling to my parents. I knew that my court hearing was coming up and I knew that I was gonna have to pay something; I attempted to go online to pay whatever it was but I was unable days prior to the court hearing which was today. I called and left voicemails to also try and attempt to do this. Well, at this time I just decided I would drive over an hr to go to the Alamance courthouse to pay the ticket. I work in new construction and with alot of Project Managers and Superintendents and I always like to have the best relationships with them; - TALK ABOUT A BLESSING. One of my Project Managers tells me that his gf works for Alamance county and possibly could help. She immediately refers me over to Arlind and his team at Kastrati Law to discuss my case. I call the office, they answered promtpyl and the front desk secretary was very calm and very polite listening to me and helping me with payment; which by the way THEY ALSO HELPED WITH THAT FEE due to the referral given to them. About a little over an hour, I recieved a call from Kastrati Law letting me know that my case had been dismissed and that I would not have any points added to my insurance - I was extremely happy and overjoyed to hear this good news! I really didnt know that it could happen this way - I did have a clean driving record, so maybe that helped them too - Either way, their promptness to take my case and thier professionalism is why I would always recommend them and give them this 5 star review!!!!!!!
