Having an extremely difficult time receiving communications... Attempting to end contract (No services were provided) after my initial attorney Stratton Stone left the firm. Deposit was forwarded to James Martin, who after 3 separate attempts to cancel Retainer agreement and receive deposit back refuses to acknowledge.. Will have to contact BBB for resolution.

We hired John H. Russell Jr. to represent a case we had. He was timely in his response and very conscientious and detailed in his handling of our situation. He took the time to be thoughtful and understanding of what we needed even making time to see us during the Covid-19 pandemic.
