A must read, honest review!!!! I found myself in a custody battle that was mishandled by a previous attorney at a different law firm. I consulted and hired Sean, almost immediately to take over the case. If you are looking for an attorney that is going to guide you in the right direction even if at times you do not like his answers. TRUST HIM!!!! I to no fault of my own lost custody to my ex claiming I moved out of the state unilaterally (literally no fault of my own) temporarily through an Ex-Parte order. This has been the longest year of my life but I can finally say the outcome was totally worth it. I can't thank Sean ENOUGH for representing me in the way he did. Kim, his paralegal, was also very helpful and always answered my questions. I know he wouldn't be who he is without her! Thank you again, Sean and Kim!!! If I could leave a MILLION STARS I WOULD!!!!

Jennifer Palmer and her team were excellent. My mom and I went to get her Will in order.We didn't know the process, the correct questions to ask but Mrs. Palmer was very patient with us. We really felt valued and heard with regarding our request. We would highly recommend Mrs.Palmer and her team for any and all legal matters.

***Beware of this law firm!! I was told initially that the total rate for a divorce would be a flat fee by Attorney French. Every two weeks I received bill after bill from this office, no returned phone call explaining the charges, just an invoice that doesn't explain anything!! This firm is the biggest fraud and does not advocate for their clients! I DO NOT RECOMMEND WHATSOEVER!!

If I could leave a 0 star I would. The only person at this law firm that did a decent job was Madison the paralegal. Devon Maddox is a terrible family lawyer. She tried getting my wife to take a bargain that was really bad for us. She seemed really scared to face another lawyer. She had ample amount of time to start out case and get things moving but she waited months to go forth with anything. It took 6 months for our case to be resolved and honestly the results we got would've been the same without even having her as the lawyer. It cost $10,000+ (not including initial $3500 to start case) to get nothing much changed. Also you get the trust refund back but it will take almost 2 weeks for them to draw up the check, send it in the mail and for you to receive it. I got an email on July 28th (Monday) asking what my address was and then I received the check in the mail Saturday the 9th of August. Honestly if I did not send multiple emails asking about it then I probably would not have received that check for another week. I do not recommend this law firm for anything. This was the Gastonia location

I asked this firm not to call me during school hours. They called several times and texted me and charged me. Then they gathered information for my response to my summons and got all of the information wrong so I had to retype it and file it. This made them mad but how can I turn in lies for my court case. So John Michael McNew told me that if I gave him $5,000 we would start all over. I gave him $5,000 and he dropped me that night. Run away from these people as fast as you can because they trick you, they take your money, and you have absolutely nothing to show for it. I wish they had negative Stars. They would be a minus five. And I'm going to tell everybody that asks what they did to me.
