VERY poor communication. Their excuse anytime you want to speak or make an appointment with a lawyer is that " they are in trial" . You don't get any updates as promised on top of nobody in the office is on the same page ... don't waste your money . Wouldn't recommend to anyone

IF YOU ARE MILITARY AFFILIATED DO NOT HIRE THIS LAW FIRM. I am in the military and have had a substandard experience with this firm. There is lack of communication and they neglect your case on top of charging an absurd amount of money. Completely unacceptable practices and no professionalism.

No one answers the phone and there's no way to leave a voicemail. When i call i just get a generic message that just repeats"press one for an operator" over and over again. It doesn't even say if I've called the law firm, just a generic hello and press 1 to speak to an operator
