My name is Warren Coleman Smith III. I am currently going through a divorce and Mr. Simmons of Simmons and Hill is my attorney. I paid his fee of $8,500 for equitable distribution and he and his paralegals don't respond to my messages or client portal messages for over a month. I don't understand how this firm has close to 5 stars. Maybe it's because of my skin color or something else. The paralegals are even worse. They are no help and they will yell at me. At this point I think I have wasted my $8,500 because they are totally ignoring every message I send them. If I could give this firm 0 stars I would. I'm risking their retaliation at this point since I'm a client with them but I feel I have nothing to lose. I don't have money to waste like this. It makes me sad and dissapoonted I chose this law firm. Please DO NOT work with this firm. They will steal your money and do nothing to answer your questions, calls or concerns. I have been polite, patient, and respectful. This agency needs to be shut down. Please refund me my money Mr. Simmons. I chose the financing option and the financial institution gouged me at $11,500. Your firm is unprofessional and incompetent. You are a disgrace to law representing officials. You have stolen my money. I will find a further way to report your negligence.
