I went to renew my license in Georgia when something from NC popped up and they would not renew it. I called Cumberland County to find out that I have an unpaid speeding ticket from 2018 that apparently just showed up in 2025? I could prove that the ticket was paid but, that didn't seem to be important to them. I called Mr. Edwards office expecting this to take weeks or months to get straightened out but, they called me back in a couple of hours and had the case dismissed with zero court fees.
