In September 3, 2017, my wife and I were in an automobile accident. We were recommended to go to Quinn Law Firm by a friend, because of her professionalism, the legal advise, and attention to detail. Although it's taken sometime to settle the case, we were assured by Attorney Quinn that things the would work out. The Quinn Law Firm has displayed to us the patience and knowledge in dealing with the insurance and with the medical issues. I would recommend The Quinn Law Firm to those I know.

This firm is extremely unprofessional and dismissive. When I moved to NC in 2018, 2 days later, I was involved in a automobile accident. The day after my accident, I went to see a Chiropractor. I explained to him what occurred in terms of my accident and he recommended me to this Firm. Silly me, I neglected to do my homework on reputable Law Firms in the area which I now REGRET... I'm almost 3 years in to dealing with this firm and I found it extremely odd that I had to collect a lot of my own medical records myself due to the lackadaisical performance of Quinn's paralegal Liz. I've called that firm so many time and asked to return my multiple calls and got maybe, 1-2 meaningless call back from 2018 up till now, 2021. I called a few more times over the pass weeks and asked to spk with my paralegal so I can get some update on my paperwork and I was told that liz wasn't available till next week and they will have her give me a call when she returns (again, I got nothing the following week.) I called again a few days later and ask to spk with Mrs. Quinn and was told she wouldn't be available until next week and they will have her give me a call the following week and AGAIN, I got nothing. I called yesterday again twice to spk with my lawyer and AGAIN, I got nothing. Prior to that I've made multiple trips to the law firm hoping I'll find this Lawyer so we can sit down and discuss my case and I wasn't surprise that I came up short AGAIN. Every time I try to contact Risa she was either not available or on vacation. Every time i asked the staff to have her return my callS, I got nothing. Now I'm fed up!!! I had to call a lawyer thats not affiliated with this firm to get advice about my case, which is pretty pathetic, and to my surprise he told me that personal injury Lawyer has up to 3 years to Seattle my case or else it will get dismissed. Whether this information was stated in my contract or not, you would think Quinn's Law Firm would of given me a courtesy call about getting close to the deadline. My case is obviously extensive. Ive seen over 15 doctors for a permanent injury that I now have to live with from this MVA so therefore, I have a plethora amount of medical records that they need to collect and I don't feel like they are working hard enough on my case. I believe this firm is not capable of dealing with serious accident cases like mine. The entire team comes across clueless which is extremely frustrating and concerning for me because now I'm dealing with more than one issue which are my injuries and the lackadaisical firm staffs. I still have an open case and I still have not spoken to my lawyer yet since the initial visit and one other time to drop of a list of doctors that that I've seen from the accident. I have very little to no hope that I will get the settlement that I deserve based on what I'm experiencing with this firm. I guess I will soon find out and I will make sure that I write another review, whether good or bad, after my settlement. So my advice to everyone thats reading this is to do your homework if you feel your case needs to be treated like it's the law firms love ones case. Because right now, I'm not getting no luv from this firm at all. Good luck to you if want this firm to represent you if you feel like your case is remotely close to being extensive or complicated
