They offer complete closing services, do their due diligence on all title work, are prompt, and responsive. With honesty and integrity, they will be sure to give each person top notch service. I have closed several houses with them and am consistently impressed with their services. Don't hesitate!

Never again! Our realtor, ExitReality, used them to close on our house August 2020. Closing was pushed backed more than once, our realtor said she could never get ahold of her (Karen). Often had to leave messages and send emails to get a response. When we finally did close we had to have the deed recorded at the courthouse in order to have our water turned on. We closed at 1030 that morning, was told it "wouldn't take long" for the recording process. At 3:30 we still didn't have what we needed so I called and got a very unprofessional and hasty reply from Karen, "if people would quit calling I'd have time to get your papers done". Those papers finally got recorded at 4:21 pm, papers in hand after 5pm. We had no water the first night in our house and no where to go. And since we closed late we were out of our temporary apartment the same day we closed. I would NOT recommend Karen.

I am very disappointed with the level of service from this firm. My closing date has been moved back over a week because they waited till 2 hours before closing to request documents that need to be mailed from out of state. They claimed to "not have known" information about a power of attorney that was listed in the contract over 10 times, which tells me that they didn't READ the contract. We aren't talking about rare cases, we are talking about a payoff document and a POA. For the amount they charge in execution of a contract, I would expect a higher level of professionalism. If you are selling your home, please choose a different firm.

Very unorganized, had to change my closing date due to their incompetence. They screwed up the paperwork 3 separate times. Sent me the wrong paperwork in the mail. Filed the wrong amount with county tax office. Overnighted my settlement with wrong address costing me more money. Actually signed documents verifying that all information was correct, when there were 3 huge errors on it. Did not offer to compensate me for my losses or time. I would never recommend this place.

I've used them for several closings and they always do a good job. I would highly recommend them.
