King Law Firm

I do not think that my case was treated as top priority with this firm. It not having been a situation where i had declined any corrective spinal surgery due to my qualms regarding the procedure. In fact, i never even met with nor had any form of consultation with my attorney until THE NIGHT PRIOR to the court case, which had been scheduled for 9:00 A. M the following day. The only communication previous to that had been via their paralegal. This i found to have been somewhat strange? Perhaps the case hadn't been high profile or compensatory enough for them to have been too bothered. I regret my decsion as i think that another law firm would have fought harder for me but no use 'crying over spilt milk' now. For future reference, Heaven forbid, i now know who NOT to call to (mis)represent me.

They stole my money!!! 3,500 to retain. Florida has jurisdiction over my case with family court. They passed me around a few lawyers without my acknowledgement, I had to represent myself on a court date and then they tell me they were closing the Fayetteville NC office. I've tried to speak to manager Heather or anyone in management and never get a response back. Via call nor emails. Worst experience in my life when I really NEEDED help...

First and foremost I do want to thank Yvonne (paralegal) for giving me a great pep talk the day before my Mediation and an overview of what could possibly happen with my case. This was my fist ever Workers Compensation case and the outcome was better then Robert (my lawyer) imagined. Robert was amazing. That's saying a lot from me I only give reviews when it's needed. I was recommended by a friend that actually has a worker's compensation case with this firm. So I will def work with Robert again (hopefully I don't have to). I will def recommend to a friend or someone in need. Thank you so much Robert!!

The were fine. I guess lawyers move slower then the rest of the world. I had a change in staff a lot but the outcome was excellent. I do not under stand law that well but it is what it is. I was treated very nice and with respect. Mr. Fristensky, Jordan, Danielle plus the girls up front were excellent. I would recommend using them. Heather was fun to work with as well.

I have waited over 2 years to post this. I have waited because, I already paid over two years ago for their services for modification of child support with absolutely no progress. When I say no progress. I am mean absolutely none. The first attorney is not working there anymore. However, he had everything he needed from me to proceed. I have been handed off three more times and meanwhile my childsupport continues to grow; I cannot afford two years of these past payments. My email traffic along with call log traffic is one way (over 2 years worth). Is it astonishing to me that I can't get one update from anyone. Maybe I should just call the child support office and show them my continued efforts that go unanswered. Please, help me with my case.
