Mr Byrd is amazing and the very best. I live in another state, had a ticket from 2 decades ago when I lived in North Carolina. Mr Byrd appeared in court on my behalf got my ticket dismissed, no court fee or anything. I am so grateful for Mr Byrd and Angela, they are very professional and helpful.
