I just want to say, Mr. Burns is really that guy! I have used him for several things, from a simple seatbelt ticket to a DWI. His rates are very reasonable; however, his service, his ability to get a case dismissed, is absolutely incredible. Jennifer & Christy, who work in the office, are great as well. They communicate efficiently and make things simple. If you need a GREAT lawyer, Mr. Burns is who you should hire.

Mr bruns really burnt the court up he beat a failure to appear and 3 no seat belt tickets and he beat a driving without license. His rate is extremely reasonable and his office staff are absolutely amazing. I felt comfortable and extremely confident in Mr burns ability and he proved that he is an amazing lawyer. Goto Mr burns if you have any traffic issues he will do his absolute best to protect and provide the best results

I got a speeding ticket here in Fayetteville NC. I called about 15 lawyers before speaking with Mr. Burns. He was the only lawyer I spoke with that made me feel comfortable and actually confident that he would take care of my ticket as much as possible. He went in to speak with the DA early and got my ticket completely dismissed. I didn't have to worry about any points on my license, court fees or my insurance going up! Thank you Mr. Burns!!!! So I got a speeding ticket here in Fayetteville, let's just say it was a mandatory court date because of how fast I was going. It was my first one and I'd never been to court before and was scared I would get my license suspended, points on my license, etc. Of course when you get a ticket a million letters come in the mail of lawyers who want to represent you. I did my research on each one because I wanted someone who was confident and had good reviews, I needed someone that's dealt with speeding tickets more times than they can count. I finally decided on Burns law firm and he didn't even have to stand in my place on the court date he went that week to privately speak with the DA and got it dismissed just like that.
