I don't think ms gelband was ready for the new prosecutor I'm 62 only time I get out of bed is to use bathroom are to get something to drink have to pay 670 by two months. I can't work I'm on disability for COPD and a stroke. Still don't understand why it took the sheriff dept never served warrant from five years ago the night they was at house five years ago I asked deputy to give me a ride to get away from her. And she said pot plants. They was hers. So while getting ride other deputy was getting plants I have pics of her in garden with her plants why wasn't Shelia Stanley charged when ms gelband told judge she spent one hour on my case. I knew I was in trouble

I'm 62 never needed a attorney everyone told me a court appointed one was a bad thing. Ms gelband never mentioned how bad my health was that it was a warrant from 5 years ago I was charged for 5 pot plants my girlfriend had planted but blamed on me one deputy gave me a ride to get away from gf. While other stayed and got her plants that I was charged for now I have to come up with 670 dollars in 2 months I'm not able to work from copd and I've had a stroke it takes all my check to live I'm really disappointed she told judge she spent one hour on my case and come to think of it she didn't mention they was my exes till it was done
